To Kill a Mockingbird Essay

Checklist: be sure ALL THREE BODY PARAGRAPHS:
  • Begin with a main idea/topic sentence - highlight in orange
  • Explain/elaborates the main idea
  • Give at least one specific example from the novel - highlight in green
  • Give at least one specific example from real life - highlight in blue
  • Explain how the examples support the main idea
  • Summarize the paragraph with a concluding sentence - highlight in yellow


You will be graded on your ideas, organization, and conventions. (Rubric attached.)
